In the role as Account Manager, you will advance direct sales opportunities with active outbound work as well as through converting inbound leads, you will also develop larger deals and partnerships while reporting directly to the CEO. You will be expected to travel and meet our customers and business partners mainly in Finland and Scandinavia.
A general week at work includes reaching out to both customers and prospects, making sure existing customers are up to date on all our most recent features. Some of your time is spent on using the system and staying up to date on indoor environmental data analysis and discussing the relationship between the indoor environment and productivity with customers. You will hold multiple customer presentations per week, and work to further relationships with both customers and partners.
As a person you are interested in making a difference and having an impact through your own actions and are ready to focus on a task until it is completed. We are in an ever-evolving industry and agility and experimentation is essential, thus we are looking for a team player who is honest and transparent. You have self-confidence and can be characterized as a fast learner.
You are the perfect fit for this role if you have previous experience from SaaS sales as well as experience from the Real Estate industry. You feel comfortable giving presentations to larger groups of people. You speak Finnish and English at a professional level, the Swedish language is a plus. Your education is likely either in a technical field or economics, and you stay up to date on new technologies. Furthermore, you enjoy having fun, you are happy to participate in activities outside of work and you never back down from a competition...
