The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at 720°, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound efforts, as well as converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will work closely with the CEO, developing key partnerships, expanding sales opportunities, and shaping the future success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Outreach: Actively identify and pursue new prospects by booking meetings and following up on leads. You will spend significant time researching, reaching out to potential customers, and setting up high-impact sales meetings to grow the business pipeline.
- Managing the Sales Funnel: Convert inbound leads efficiently, nurturing them from initial contact through to successful closure. You’ll focus on building long-term relationships and delivering customized solutions based on our clients’ needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Keep current customers engaged by regularly updating them on our latest features and tools, ensuring they continue to receive value from our platform.
- Presentations & Meetings: Host multiple presentations each week, showcasing how our solutions can optimize indoor environments. Your role will also involve regular travel to meet with customers and business partners across Finland and Scandinavia.
- Market & Product Expertise: Stay on top of the latest indoor environmental data analysis trends, ensuring you can discuss the link between indoor environments and business productivity with confidence.
Who You Are:
You’re a driven individual with a strong background in sales, especially within the SaaS sector. You have a proven track record in lead generation, meeting booking, and closing deals. Ideally, you also have experience in Facility Management or the Real Estate industry. Comfortable delivering presentations, you know how to engage both decision-makers and technical experts alike.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in SaaS sales with a focus on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and sales conversion.
- Experience within Facility Management or the Real Estate industry is a big plus.
- Fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English (professional proficiency).
- Educational background in Technical fields or Economics.
- Strong presentation skills, with confidence speaking to both small groups and larger audiences.
- A fast learner who stays up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of €3,000–€3,100 per month for entry-level candidates, with room for growth as you advance within the company. This role also comes with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuous professional development.
